Offering products with superlative quality standards has always been a priority for our company.
We believe that quality is not something that is simply monitored at the end of the process, but an attribute that is based on a rigorous system of procedures beginning with the selection of the beans, continuing through a correctly controlled roasting process and ending with packaging the finished product in special containers that ensure that the properties of each bean remain intact long afterward.
Throughout this entire process and even before being imported, every single variety and quality of the coffee beans used to make a Mokito blend is checked (including checks at four different stages during the production process alone) and analysed by a panel of tasters.
The stringent quality control procedure is conducted entirely in-house to ensure that our clients receive a product that consistently meets our high quality standards.
This meticulous attention to every procedure in the production process has earned us certification as a company with an ISO 9001/2000 compliant quality system.
Furthermore, in observance of EC Regulation 852/04, Mokito SpA has also implemented an HACCP product hygiene assurance system supported by a specific hygiene safety manual. |
